Аннотация

Бул макалада ар кандай породадагы уйлардагы кортизолдун деңгээлинин өзгөрүлмөлүүлүгү (Голштейн, кызыл талаа, симментал) жана анын стресске туруштук берүү түрлөрү менен байланышы каралат. Изилдөө Голштейн тукумунун кортизол чеги 30,27-184,12 нмоль/л экенин, уйлардын 11,11% стресске туруктуулуктун төмөн түрү, 18,52% жогору жана 70,37% Туруксуз түрү экенин көрсөттү. Кызыл талаа породасында кортизол чектери 9,4-171,67 нмоль/л чегинде өзгөрүлүп, уйлардын 19,35% төмөн, 58,06% Туруксуз жана 22,58% жогорку типте болгон. Симментал тукуму үчүн кортизол чектери 45,95-188,47 нмоль/л түзгөн, алардын ичинен уйлардын 14,29% төмөн, 64,29% Туруксуз жана 21,43% жогорку типте. Табылгалар жаныбарлардын кеңири индивидуалдуулугун жана ар кандай стресстик кырдаалдардын болушун көрсөтөт. Кортизолдун жогорку базалдык деңгээли менен стресстин ортосунда байланыш түзүлдү.
