Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены основные теоретические и практические вопросы, связанные с функциями механизма управления стратегией развития машиностроительных предприятий; охарактеризована динамично развивающаяся в условиях секторальных санкций и импортозамещения внешняя среда машиностроительных предприятий АПК и выявлены особенности управления разработкой и реализацией стратегии их развития; проведена аналитическая оценка управления стратегическим развитием исследуемого предприятия с учетом рыночной конъюнктуры, предложены мероприятия по совершенствованию управления стратегическим развитием ООО «Семилукиагроснаб», включая инвестиционные возможности и возможности диверсификации
