Abstract
The article considers the main theoretical and practical issues related to the functions of the management mechanism for the development strategy of machine-building enterprises; describes the dynamically developing external environment of machinebuilding enterprises in the context of sectoral sanctions and import substitution and identifies the features of managing the development and implementation of their development strategy; an analytical assessment of the management of the strategic development of the enterprise under study, taking into account market conditions, suggests measures to improve the management of the strategic development of Semilukiagrosnab LLC, including investment opportunities and diversification opportunities
