АНАЛИЗ ПОТЕНЦИАЛА И ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ РЕГИОНОВ СЕВЕРНОГО КАВКАЗА

Аннотация

Устойчивое социально-экономическое развитие сельских территорий зависит от аграрно-промышленного комплекса, который обеспечивает продовольственную безопасность, экономический рост и социальное благополучие территории и населения. Современное экономическое состояние сельскохозяйственной деятельности обусловлено наличием как потенциальных условий: демографические, природные, климатические, системы расселения и др., так и умением максимально эффективно использовать эти факторы в производственно-хозяйственной деятельности. В статье применена оценочная система, состоящая из показателей, учитывающих наличие ресурсов и отражающая экономическую динамику показатели эффективности их использования. Именно такой анализ служит основой стратегии устойчивого пространственного развития сельских территорий аграрных регионов
