Существенным барьером для роста производства товарной рыбы является отсутствие в стране специализированных предприятий по выпуску полноценных рыбных кормов, экономически доступных для рыбохозяйствующих субъектов. Фермеры вынуждены либо использовать дорогие импортированные корма, либо приобретать корма отечественного производства низкого качества, что негативно отражается на росте, весе и качестверыб
