Abstract
Fisheries play an important role in the development of the national economy, which provides the population with high-quality food, as well as exports of fish products from the EAC countries. For the sustainable development of fish farms, one of the most important conditions is the application of scientific and technological achievements in production, the wide and comprehensive use of electrification, automation of technological processes. High-quality power supply allows electrification and automation of laborintensive processes in the fish shop. The use of modern bio-cleaning technologies allows fish farms to ensure savings in labor, as well as increase the number of products sold, reduce costs and obtain approx
