Аннотация
В данной статье исследованы понятие миграции, миграционного процесса и ее правовые особенности; рассмотрены международные и национальные нормативно-правовые акты в области миграционной политики КР, а также приоритетные задачи национальной политики нашего государства, основанных на принципах гуманизма, демократии и социальной справедливости, для обеспечения необходимой законодательной базы по контролю за миграционными процессами. Кыргызстан, как и любое государство понимает, что миграция образует не только пространство угроз, но и является фундаментальным фактором развития – территории, народнохозяйственного комплекса, демографической базы, культуры, национального организма
