Abstract
This article explores the concept of migration, the migration process and its legal features; considered international and national legal acts in the field of migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the priority tasks of the national policy of our state, based on the principles of humanism, democracy and social justice, to provide the necessary legislative framework for the control of migration processes. Kyrgyzstan, like any state, understands that migration forms not only a space of threats, but is also a fundamental factor in the development of the territory, the national economic complex, the demographic base, culture, and the national organism
