ВЛИЯНИЕ КОМБИКОРМОВ С ЛЬНОМ МАСЛИЧНЫМ НА КАЧЕСТВО ПЕРЕПЕЛИНЫХ ЯИЦ

Аннотация

Установлено, что замена в комбикормах перепелок-несушек подсолнечного масла на льняное и использование льняной муки как источника белка и энергии  позволило при одинаковом содержании питательных веществ в яйце  изменить жирнокислотный состав, увеличить содержание α-линоленовой жирной кислоты на 2,5 и 6,4%, докозагексаеновой – на 0,5%, снизить содержание линолевой кислоты на 1,4 и 3,2%.  Использование продуктов переработки льна в рационе перепелов позволяет регулировать соотношение жирных кислот, тем самым усиливать диетические свойства перепелиных яиц
