Аннотация
В статье исследованы виды микроорганизмов, встречающиеся в гидроструктуре озера Сон-Куль, их количественное соотношение и значение в экосистеме. Для этого были собраны пробы воды с разных частей озера и проанализированы в лабораторных условиях. В исследовании представлена широкая информация о биоразнообразии бактерий в водной среде озера Сон-Куль и их основных биологических функциях в экосистеме. Пробы воды были собраны в июле с береговой линии озера Сон-Куль на горизонтальных расстояниях 5 и 15 м, а также с вертикальных глубин: верхний (20-50 см), средний (1-2 м) и нижний (5-8 м) слои. Эти пробы включали представители микроорганизмов, относящихся к отделам Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria и Firmicutes. На верхнем слое воды преобладали цианобактерии, на среднем слое – Actinobacteria, а на нижнем – Proteobacteria. В результате исследования было установлено, что бактерия E. coli не была найдена в водных пробах с разных глубин, однако были обнаружены бактерии, относящиеся к родам Enterobacter, Pseudomonas и Mycobacterium. По количественным показателям преобладала бактерия Enterococcus, и уровень фекального загрязнения был оценен как низкий или отсутствующий
