Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются текущее состояние и основные проблемы инфраструктуры формирования капитала образования сельского населения регионов Сибирского федерального округа. Выделяются компоненты данной инфраструктуры. Даются рекомендации по улучшению ситуации для нужд трансформации сельской экономики
