ОЦЕНКА УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ К ПОЛЕГАНИЮ СЕЛЕКЦИОННЫХ ЛИНИЙ ЯРОВЫХ ТРИТИКАЛЕ МЕТОДАМИ МНОГОМЕРНОЙ СТАТИСТИКИ

Аннотация

Представлены результаты исследования архитектоники и физико-механических свойств стеблей 19-ти селекционных образцов яровых гексаплоидных тритикале различного эколого-географического происхождения. Предрасположенность растений тритикале к полеганию оценивалась по совокупности признаков: массы 10-сантиметровой соломины 2-го междоузлия; сопротивлению стебля излому, определяемому по пиковому показанию электронного динамометра; плотности ткани стебля 2-го междоузлия. Изученные образцы существенно различались по данным параметрам и характеризовались различной степенью устойчивости к полеганию. По совокупности прочностных параметров выделены перспективные селекционные образцы, которые могут быть использованы в качестве источников ценных признаков. Методом главных компонент выделен определяющий устойчивость к полеганию признак «сумма длин 2-го и 3-го междоузлий». Использование кластерного анализа позволило одновременно учесть всю совокупность изучаемых признаков архитектоники, физико-механическим свойств и продуктивности растений, сгруппировать образцы в кластеры и выделить оптимальные группы для дальнейшего использования в практической селекции
