Abstract

Currently, DNA technologies based on PCR and methods are widely used in animal husbandry to determine the identification of breeds, their origin, the level of genetic similarity, genetic distance, degree of heterozygosity and other important indicators for breeding. In this study, we tried to draw attention to the importance of biochemical polymorphism of blood groups in assessing the similarity and difference of sheep breeds of different genotypes in the south of Kyrgyzstan
