Аннотация
Данная работа посвящена изучению культурально-морфологических свойств изолята выделенной у больной собаки. Культуральные свойства бактерий изучали на различных питательных средах. Изучали морфологические свойства колоний и бактерий. Микроскопию мазков, окрашенных по Граму, проводили при 1000 кратном увеличении под имерсией. Биопробу ставили на собаке и лабораторных белых мышах. Проведенные исследования показали, что изолят имеет более крупные размеры примерно в 4 мкм. Ростовые свойства выделенного изолята обладает отличными качествами на питательных средах МПА с сывороткой крови, желточно-солевом агаре и кровяном агаре. Сахаролитическая активность заметна на лактозу, манит и глюкозу. Протеалитические свойства выделнной нами культуры соотвествует микроорганизмам рода Moraxella. Выделенная культура у больной собаки по культурально-морфологическим и биохимическим свойствам относится к виду Moraxella canis
