DEVELOPMENT OF A DAILY DIET FOR A BALANCED DIET FOR STUDENTS USING MEAT AND VEGETABLE COMPONENTS

Abstract

The article conducts a study on the daily diet of students, their preferences in the menu. An analysis of the needs of the body, according to age and energy expenditure during the day, was carried out. Diet directly affects the quality of life, the perception of the learning material and health. The results of a survey among 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students of their sample menu for each day are shown. The calculation of the balance of the menu in terms of the main nutrients, caloric content and their compliance with the recommended norms of healthy nutrition is made. Based on the results of the study, the components that are not enough for the body were determined. To adjust nutrition, a developed recipe for meat and vegetable semi-finished products has been proposed, which can provide the body with nutrients, calories, macro-microelements and vitamins. The recipe of the meat and vegetable semi-finished product is designed for the needs of a growing body, the use of natural food ingredients in its composition with a combination of products of plant and animal origin
