Abstract
The article analyzes the application of hybrid learning in KNAU. The concept of hybrid learning and its difference from a mixed format is revealed, in which the student interacts not with a teacher, whose main role is to consult, but with an online educational resource. The key types of hybrid learning are also presented: synchronous and asynchronous. Within the synchronous format, training takes place at the same time using virtual educational platforms such as AVN and Zoom, however, teachers and students are located in different locations. Asynchronous learning, in turn, implies interaction between students and teachers at different times and also in different territories. Special attention is paid to methodological aspects of hybrid learning, emphasizing that with the introduction of the new law “On Education” this format has become widespread due to its flexibility, increased access, support from teachers, reduced absenteeism, consideration of students' needs, the possibility of feedback and increased involvement of learners
