Abstract

The article provides information about three types of pepper. Especially sweet peppers are cultivated in open and protected ground and are widely used in fresh and processed form as a dietary product. Its fruits, regardless of technical and biological ripeness, contain the most useful vitamins, macro and microelements vital for humans, which are widely used for the food and processing industries, and are also well oriented for export. In recent years, Kyrgyzstan has seen a growing trend in the area under sweet pepper cultivation. But its average yield remains low, the main reason being the use by farmers of varieties and hybrids (F1) of unknown origin with low quality seed material, which has led to a decrease in productivity
