Abstract
One of the key factors for the success of an enterprise is the responsible attitude and willingness of employees to fulfill their duties. At present, staff stimulation plays an important role in enterprise management. It is impossible to effectively manage personnel without a system of labor motivation. In modern conditions, due to the changing needs of people, it is necessary to constantly improve the incentive system at the enterprise, introduce new methods of motivating staff. In this regard, it is relevant to consider modern systems and methods that increase staff motivation. The article discusses modern systems and methods for stimulating the personnel of European enterprises and the possibility of applying this experience to domestic enterprises
