Abstract
It is impossible to compare the culinary skills of the early period of human development with modernity. In the course of mankind and its historical development, the types of food increased, and in connection with them new names appeared. For example, it goes without saying that names such as milk, meat, bread, atala, bulamyk, mashkordo, kulazyk appeared in different periods of human life, based on the need for public life. (Attokur Dzhapanov 2012 p. 13) Kyrgyz cuisine is the national food of the Kyrgyz. Each nation has its own national food, which was cooked and eaten by their ancestors. Since time immemorial, the Kyrgyz people have developed their culinary art on their own. Kyrgyz mainly eat meat and dairy products. All folk festivities, waiting for different guests, feasts were not held without meat, akhty, roast. Cold dishes such as zucchini, hidden sur, fried, kurut, soup, gulag, tashkordo were consumed. In any language, his vocabulary is an invaluable treasure that conveys all information about its historical path to future generations.
