Abstract
The subject of the research is to consider the level of the teacher's creativity.The aim of the research is to study the components that influence the formation of creative abilities. The systematic, culturological, axiological and subject-activity approaches are used as the normative research methodology. The transition of the country to a market economy makes new demands on the individual, attracts more attention to his creative abilities. In the context of a mobile situation on the labor market, specialists are in demand, proactive and creative, professionally mobile and ready for self-study. At present, a person's possession of certain professional knowledge and skills is not the only indicator of his qualifications and professionalism. The results obtained analyzed the level of creativity in the teachers activity as reflecting the degree of his use of his capabilities
