Abstract
The Millennium Development Strategy aims to eliminate gender inequality throughout the world. As we all know, especially in Asian countries, women are subjected to gender discrimination due to mentality. When we look at economic and social lines, men work in high-paying positions while women work in low-paying and busy but insignificant jobs. We can also include education in such areas. In the countries of Central Asia, including Kyrgyzstan, more than 60% of women work in the field of education. However, the number of women who continue their scientific work after graduating is quite small, so men still work in leadership and highly paid positions in these areas. In this article, we will show these differences with the help of statistics and make recommendations for reducing the imbalance
