POVERTY REDUCTION IS THE MAIN PROBLEM OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE THE ECONOMIES OF THE EAEU COUNTRIES

The main directions of population poverty reduction in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union are investigated. Based on the statistical data of the EAEU countries, an analysis of the poverty level over the past six years has been carried out. The problem of poverty for all states of the Commonwealth, its relevance is determined. The issues of poverty reduction, reduction of the proportion of the population below the poverty line is a global task of the EAEU countries. The measures of state support to the poor through the use of the mechanism of payment of social benefits, various types of benefits to low-income families with children are considered. China's experience in combating poverty in rural areas of the country is studied, the main ways to reduce poor people through targeted assistance are shown. The main causes affecting unemployment and poverty of the population of the EAEU countries have been identified. Proposals are formulated to develop a unified methodology for calculating the level of poverty in the EAEU countries, recommendations are made to reduce poverty and improve the social situation of the population
