Abstract

In the society in which we live, the education sector is developing in conditions of social, industrial and market transformations. Secondary vocational education is increasingly becoming a significant part of the training and development of a future profession based on the growth and development of more important social conditions. A teacher of secondary vocational education of the 21st century needs to be resistant to dynamic changes in the socio-economic conditions of society. Therefore, pedagogical concepts arise based on improving the quality of secondary vocational education. This Concept for the development of education and upbringing in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021-2030 is aimed at developing the quality of education in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Education”. Therefore, when training mid-level specialists in teaching practice: professional competence; communicative; independence; Spiritual and cultural creativity must be realized in the learning process
