BREEDING WORK IN PEDIGREE FARM "SABA-AZHY" OF KOCHKOR DISTRICT

Abstract

The article reflects the methods of breeding works and their results in the farm breeding farm "Saba-Azhy". The peculiarities of application of purebred breeding methods with fine-fleece sheep are given. As a result of purposeful systematic breeding work in 2021 - 2023 on the farm the average live weight of mothers was 55 - 58 kg, the average shearing of fine merino wool in physical weight of 4.1 kg or 2.3 kg in washed fiber was achieved. This index is higher than the minimum requirements of fine-fleece sheep of meat and wool direction by 9.5 percent
