MEAT AND FAT INDICATORS OF HISSAR AND HISSAR-KYRGYZ FAT SHEEP AFTER INTENSIVE FEEDING

Abstract

In recent years, the development trend of sheep breeding in Kyrgyzstan, regardless of the direction of productivity and specialization of the industry in all zones, is focused on the production of lamb and mutton, which is the main source of income. This article presents the results of research work on the study of meat and fat indices of Gissar and Gissar-Kyrgyz sheep after intensive feeding in the conditions of southern Kyrgyzstan. The results of the studies showed that the experimental groups studied have their own characteristics in the manifestation of growth and development
