Abstract
The subject of the research is to consider the level of the teacher's creativity. The aim of the research is to study the components that influence the formation of creative abilities. The systematic, culturological, axiological and subject-activity approaches are used as the normative research methodology. The results obtained analyzed the level of creativity in the teachers activity as reflecting the degree of his use of his capabilities
