Abstract
The article discusses the description of the laboratory stand, which is a simulation model of equipment installed in small and micro hydroelectric power plants. The laboratory stand is created with the participation of undergraduates, applicants and graduate students of the department and is a good base for scientific and experimental work in the process of writing master's and candidate's theses. The modern measuring and registration equipment used in the stand allows obtaining the results of the study with the required reliability and accuracy
