Abstract
The purpose of this article is to test poly- and monoclonal antibodies to detect T-lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes, macrophages and cell proliferation on paraffin histosections in horses. According to the protocol, ABC method and the mouse monoclonal antibody BLA.36 were used for detection of Blymphocytes, PAP method and polyclonal rabbit CD 3 antibody for detection of T-lymphocytes, mouse monoclonal antibody MAC 387 for macrophage detection and mouse monoclonal antibody (clone PC10) for detection of cell proliferation. Tested poly- and monoclonal antibodies should be used to identify the appropriate cells on paraffin histosections in horses. The study established the spread of T-lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes, macrophages and cell proliferation in the hemolymph node and spleen, as well as the presence of Tdependent and B-dependent zones in these organs
