Abstract

This article presents the results of research on the technological processes of production and processing of rice within the conditions of the Kyrgyz Republic. The most laborintensive technological processes of which it is necessary to mechanize are revealed. For the main aspects of the development of mechanization in rice growing in Kyrgyzstan are recommended to develop the following machines and equipment: rice planter; machine for mowing and bunching into sheaves of rice; installation for supplying sheaves to a grain harvester; hoisting and transport machines and equipment for flow technology of rice processing
