Abstract

This article discusses the possibilities of integrated use of groundwater in the Chui artesian basin. It is emphasized that significant groundwater resources formed in the formation zone undergo internal redistribution in the context of other hydrogeological zones and practically do not go beyond the Chui depression. This opens up wide possibilities for their artificial redistribution with the help of a collector-drainage system, in order to rationally use groundwater for the needs of the national economy. The scientific integrated use of groundwater should be based on the principle of preserving and replenishing the natural resources of groundwater in the formation zone within the framework of prospective needs and involving their exploitation in other zones for irrigation while obtaining a reclamation effect
