Abstract
The article considers the main organizational and economic methods of regulating land relations in Russia, which can positively affect the development of the main sectors of agricultural production. One of the main is the grain subcomplex. Special attention is paid to the legislative aspects that consider wich rights of land owners, as well as economic levers that regulate the land market, including land tax, rent and market regulators. The article analyzes the problems of land market formation and the need for state participation in its regulation in order to achieve sustainable agricultural developmen to protect the interests of rural producers, who can develop those production areas that are economically efficient by optimizing support measures
