Abstract

The scientific article discusses the issues of creating conditions for the construction of a farm fishery for the purpose of growing commercial fish in the foothill regions of Kyrgyzstan and using natural water sources - mountain rivers. The main factors influencing the obtaining of good results in fish growth rates, the exclusion of diseases, and the effective conduct of aquaculture business are the creation of favorable conditions for the entire stage of commercial fish production in compliance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic on water use and ecology. Studies have been conducted on the state of existing fisheries located in the foothill zone, the conditions of their water consumption and the diversion of used water resources. The conditions for the cultivation of rainbow trout are shown, significant points of compliance with the Rules for the use of natural water sources, Rules for the allocation of land for the construction of fish farms with compliance with the requirements and recommendations for conducting regular studies of water quality and fish health. The creation of quarantine zones and special quarantine pools is the basis for good results in the production of commercial fish
