Abstract
The objective of this paper is to evaluate the varieties of Cucumis melo L. of the Bykovskaya Melon Breeding Experimental Station, a branch of Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Federal Scientific Center of Vegeculture in various gourd cultivation zones. Global warming and changing climate conditions necessitate the expansion of zoning of already developed varieties in other regions of the Russian Federation and CIS countries. One of the important issues in domestic selection is the ability of the created varieties to adapt to different climatic zones of cultivation. The tests were carried out in the Volgograd Region, Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Crimea. The tests showed that the Cucumis melo L. varieties tested in different cultivation regions were suitable for cultivation in these regions
