INFRASTRUCTURE OF RURAL POPULATION HUMAN CAPITAL FORMATION

Abstract

The article examines the current state and main problems of the infrastructure for the formation of capital for the education of the rural population of the regions of the Siberian Federal District. The components of this infrastructure are highlighted. Recommendations for improving the situation for the needs of the transformation of the rural economy are proposed
