Abstract

The article analyzes the evaluation of agricultural land plots in the ayil aymaks of the Kochkor district of the Naryn region on sale transactions. The correlation of the cost of land plots has been determined depending on the quality of the soil (bonitet score) and the number of population of ayil aimaks. The present study is aimed at determining the value of irrigated lands on the basis of completed purchase and sale transactions in the aggregate of soil quality. A relatively small number of studies have been conducted in this area. This study is a continuation of previous work. To study the value of land plots (irrigated arable land) The data of completed transactions of purchase and sale of agricultural land plots of 9 aiyl aimags for the period 2015-2023 were used in Kochkor district of Naryn region. Determining the price of agricultural land (including irrigated land) is necessary for tax purposes, determining the starting price at an auction, for making purchase and sale transactions, leases, mortgages, etc.
