CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

Abstract

The only way to achieve global competition in a market economy is to create relatively large, well-managed business structures based on cooperation - a form of voluntary association of people under certain conditions to achieve a common economic goal. As is known, in countries with transition economies, the effectiveness of agricultural business entities is traditionally assessed in terms of the effectiveness of various organizational and legal forms of management (agricultural enterprise, peasant (farm) enterprise or household). This article examined the problems of creating and developing agricultural cooperatives, since, despite the measures taken, cooperatives did not have a visible impact on the country's economy on the development of the agricultural sector. Cooperatives are primarily organizations that allow economically disadvantaged groups to organize cooperative agriculture without intermediaries, distribute profits fairly, and democratically manage the organization.
