Abstract

The article describes methods of growing seed potatoes in the conditions of the Kara-Suu rural administration of the At-Bashi district of the Naryn region. In Kyrgyz cuisine, potatoes are the second bread, being a low-cost food product and an advantageous plant as a source of physiologically active substances due to the abundance of various vitamins, micro-macroelements, amino acids and carbohydrates among agricultural plants. At the same time, potatoes are widely used in the national economy as a raw material for the production of alcohol, starch during technical processing, and as valuable feed for many farm animals. In recent years, the demand for potatoes has increased not only in Kyrgyzstan, but throughout the world due to steady population growth. In this regard, providing the population with high-quality potatoes is a special problem
