Abstract
This article reflects the dynamics of monetary incomes of the population of the republic, analyzed the impact of changes in real incomes on the transformation of consumer choice, the dynamics of economic accessibility of food. The rating tables on the level of gross domestic product and monetary income per capita for 2023 are shown. The article also shows and analyzes the dynamics of per capita food consumption over 10 years. The data of the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic were used. Improving economic access to food is directly related to an increase in the monetary income of the population, but at the same time food prices should remain stable. The state is taking measures to increase the monetary income of the population, for example, salaries of state and municipal employees, school teachers, health workers have been increased, and benefits have been significantly increased. All these measures will lead to improved economic access to food
