Abstract

The Almaty State Nature Reserve is a strict natural reserve, on the territory of which live wild ungulates and the Ursus arctos isabellinus, which is included in the Red Book of Kazakhstan.  The parasitofauna of the reserve's wild animals has been studied for the first time. Cestode Moniezia expansa and oocysts  Eimeria capra were found in  Capra sibirica  , 3 species of nematodes (Oesophagostomum venulosum, Haemonchus contortus, Nematodirus spathiger) were found in  Capreolus pygargus, 2 species of nematodes (Oesophagostomum venulosum, Haemonchus contortus), 1 cestode (Moniezia benedeni) and 1 species of coccidia (Eimeria cervi) were found in  Cervus elaphus sibiricus, nematode Baylisascaris transfuga was found in  Ursus arctos isabellinus . High nematode infestation was observed in all species of the studied animals
