Abstract
Trial of fractional use of the vaccine on newborn calves against respiratory infections was carried out. Experiments have shown the use of vaccines according to the scheme provided a stable accumulation of antibodies in the blood and reliable protection of calves from respiratory viral infections. The formation of experimental groups of calves obtained from vaccinated cows was carried out. According to the technology adopted on the farm, the calves were fed colostrum, which ensures active colostral immunity. Blood samples from calves were examined before and after drinking colostrum using a refractometer. The content of protein and immunoglobulins in the blood was determined
