Abstract

The purpose of this work is to find a method for differential post-vaccination diagnosis of brucellosis. As you know, in the system of modern measures to combat brucellosis, diagnosis is of decisive importance. However, the use of live Br. abortus pcs.-19 and Br. Melitensis pcs. Rev-1 in the prevention of brucellosis in cattle and small ruminants can create certain difficulties in setting up serological tests with differentiation of the disease in post-vaccination animals. The article provides empirical data on the effectiveness of differential diagnosis of an epizootic strain of brucellosis in cattle and small ruminants from a vaccine strain using an immunodiffusion reaction using an O-polysaccharide antigen, a ring reaction of milk and a rose bengal test with milk. Serological studies using test data on day 90 after vaccination showed seronegativity in immunized animals. This research method allows us to make a reliable conclusion about the well-being of vaccinated animals against brucellosis
