Abstract
When performing current and overhaul of machines operated in ag-riculture, one of the most important assembly units is the internal combustion engine. When carrying out one or another type of repair of this unit, it should be noted that in terms of the recurrence of defects, one of the most complex and crit-ical parts is the crankshaft. The analysis of the literature shows that for various types of shafts, repair by the repair method is carried out in 50... 60% of cases at specialized repair enterprises and 65... 75% at enterprises such as agricultural machinery of specialized workshops of farms. Based on the above, the develop-ment of the crankshaft repair process is relevant and requires a solution. The ar-ticle describes the technological process of restoring crankshaft journals
