Abstract

The article deals with the development of land relations and land management, provides a brief analysis of the historical stages of their development. The necessity of state regulation of land relations based on the unity of the use of legal, organizational, administrative and economic methods is substantiated. The land is the national wealth of the state, its proper use is of great importance in ensuring the food independence of the republic
