THE COST OF AGRICULTURAL LAND PLOTS IN THE MOSCOW DISTRICT OF THE CHUI REGION

Abstract

The article analyzes the evaluation of agricultural land plots in the ayyl aimags of the Moscow district of the Chui region under civil law transactions.

To study the market value of land plots in the Moskovsky district of the Chui region, we used data from completed purchase and sale transactions of agricultural land plots of 12 aiyl okmotu for the period 2017-2021. The establishment of the market price of agricultural land is necessary to determine the tax rates, for transactions of purchase and sale, lease, mortgage registration, etc. Agricultural land is a source of tax revenue
