CIS INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN COMBATING HUMAN TRAFFICKING: LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract

This article explores the uniformity of approaches and understanding of the phenomenon of human trafficking and all its criminal manifestations; identified the most vulnerable and latent segments of human trafficking; priorities, forces, means and methods of combating human trafficking are determined, as well as the main directions for improving the interaction of sectoral and national bodies in this activity. A significant gap in the legal framework of the CIS is the absence in it of the concept of the definition of a controlled delivery, enshrined in the above-mentioned universal international agreements
