Abstract
The article analyzes the real estate market by the example of the trend in apartment prices in the context of Bishkek city districts for the period from 2020 to 2022 (for 10 months). The evaluation of the coefficients shows that the cost of apartments in Bishkek strongly depends on the devaluation of the SOM and the growth of the number of residents of the city. The volume of housing loans and money transfers significantly affects the cost per square meter of apartments in Bishkek. A model is constructed that characterizes the influence of economic factors used in the analysis on the cost of apartments in Bishkek
