Abstract

From 2014 to 2021. laboratory parasitology was found in all regions of the republic 2767 samples of feces of small ruminants of different ages were collected and studied by the coproovoscopic method, of which oocysts of eimeria extensinvasion  were found in 1601 samples on average 57.8%. Based on an in-depth analysis of scientific literature sources on the morphology and biology of eimeria parasitic in sheep, as well as our own research in this area, it was found that the following 8 species of eimeria parasitize among sheep: E. intricate, E. ahsata, E. ovina, E. granulose , E. crandallis, E. faurei, E. ninaekohljakimovi, E. parva. Eimeria affects both adult sheep and young animals equally, but young animals are more affected by this disease
