Abstract
The article analyzes the evaluation of agricultural land plots in the ayilny aimak of the Uzgen district of the Osh region on civil law transactions. Studies have also been carried out on the relationship between the population density of ayyl aimaks in the Uzgen region and the cost of arable land. The standard prices for irrigated and rainfed arable land, as well as the cost of renting irrigated arable land in the Uzgen region, are calculated
