CURRENT STATE OF INTENSIFICATION OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN AZERBAIJAN AND ITS ASSESSMENT

Abstract

The agricultural sector is of particular importance in protecting the economic and strategic interests of the state, meeting the needs of the country's population in food and raw materials for industry. At present, it is impossible to imagine the development of modern agriculture without the use of innovative technologies. The use of new technology and innovations in the agro-industrial complex in our country is not so great. In this regard, the level of efficiency of agricultural production is not so desirable. As a result, it is possible to accelerate the intensification of agricultural production, using international experience. As it is implemented, the development of agriculture will be observed through innovative technical means and programs developed by the state. This article discusses the current state of intensification of agricultural production in Azerbaijan, as well as ways to improve production efficiency
