Abstract

Since the balance of the budget is created to ensure the proper functioning of all levels of government, the problems of balance and imbalance of the state budget are considered. Even a small imbalance of budgets leads to delays in the financing of state and municipal orders. One of the most important procedures for budget execution is control over its implementation, both at the stage of receipt of funds and at the stage of expenditure
